Special traffic plan in Colombo

A special traffic plan will be implemented from the Polduwa junction to Kinsey road, Borella, from today to ease the traffic jam in the area,police said. 

They said this trial traffic plan will be implemented from Polduwa junction on the Sri Jayawardanapura road through Rajagiriya, Horton roundabout to Kinsey road.
