More than 100 people are feared dead after a military transport plane crashed in a residential area of the Indonesian city of Medan.
A military plane has crashed into houses and hotels in the city of Medan in Indonesia, killing dozens of people.
Its reported that twelve people, including the pilot, were aboard the C-130 Hercules when it crashed shortly after take-off, according to officials.
A major rescue operation is under way at the crash site which was covered in flames and thick black smoke.
