Fort Magistrate Court ordered Tissa Atthanayake who was arrested on chargers of document fraud remanded until February 11.
Former Health Minister Tissa Attanayake had been arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) a short while ago in Colombo on charges of creating forged documents during the January Presidential Election, Police Spokesman Ajith Rohana said.
Addressing a news conference held at the Police Headquarters a while ago, he said the MP was being interrogated by the CID at the moment and later will produce to Fort Magistrate Court.
