The Officer in Charge (OIC) of the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) has been transferred with immediate effect, Police Spokesperson ASP Ruwan Gunasekara said.
Gunasekara added the transfer was made on service requirements. “The FCID’s OIC post has not been filled yet,” he said.
In addition to this, eight other OICs have also been transferred effective from today, said Gunasekara.
