Parliamentarians T.B. Ekanayake, Bandula Gunawardena, Salinda Dissanayake and S.M.Chandrasena have been removed from the SLFP Central Working Committee.
Speaking to News1st, the parliamentarians said that they had been informed of the removal of their membership from the SLFP Central Working Committee by the Chairman of the party, in a letter.
They add that however that they are still members of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party.
