Deputy Minister of Buddha Sasana and Democratic Governance MP Tissa Karaliyadda has said that he has resigned from his deputy ministerial portfolio.
He said that he has informed President Maithripala Sirisena and the Parliamentary Secretary in writing about this move.
He said he resigned from his position as there was no end to political victimisation.
