A top level drug dealer with 5.14 kilograms of heroin has been arrested in Negombo.
The suspect was arrested subsequent to a raid conducted by the Police anti-Narcotics Bureau.
The investigation was carried out by the director of the police anti- Narcortics Bureau , SSP Kamal Silva under the direct supervision of Senior DIG of the western province Pujith Jaysundara.
According to the police, the suspect in connection has been involved in this trade since 1990.
Further investigations have been launched in connection to the incident by the Police anti-Narcotics Bureau.
