The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) is currently recording statements from the wives of MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardena and former Chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) Priyath Bandu Wickrama.
Police said that they are being questioned in connection with a complaint received, under the money laundering act.
