United People’s Freedom Alliance MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardena was summoned to the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption to record a statement once again on Thursday (March 12).
Sajin de Vass Gunawardena arrived at the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption over a complaint regarding his assets and a statement was recorded.
Reacting to question raised by journalists in connection to the allegations against him, UPFA MP Sajin De Vass Gunawardena said that he will provide the respective answers to the relevant institution adding that everyone would be able to witness what transpires after the conclusion of investigations.
The parliamentarians also noted that there is no wrong in the law being implemented, but expressed his criticism on the “media circus” being conducted by officials.
